Yes, there are real humans in our customer support team who shall attend to you on call and by email.
No. Due to limitations, we are unable to provide customer support 24×7. Customer support timings are as follows :
Mon to Fri – 10.30 am till 6.30 pm
Sat – 10.30 am till 3.30 pm.
We are closed on Sundays & public holidays.
If it is urgent then there are two modes of communication depending on what time or what day it is:
During customer support hours – Please call us
During non-customer support hours – Please email us. We shall reply to you as soon as we are back to work.
Usually, we do our best to reply to the emails within 24 hrs. However, if there are any holidays in between then it shall take us more time.
