30 Day Guarantee –
We have a 30-day guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
The exchange is valid only if the polish fades within 30 days of the delivery of the product (Any damage caused to the product due to customer mishandling shall not be accounted for an exchange). To be eligible for the exchange please follow the following instructions-
1- Click pictures of the product upon arrival.
2- Use the product with proper care as per the care guide.
3- If you notice within 30 days for some reason the polish has faded, click pictures of the product.
4- Email us the before and after images for a review at [email protected]
5 – Once approved, we shall process your exchange request and deliver you a new brand name string free of cost. (Non-personalized product – 4 to 7 working days/ personalized product – 7 to 12 working days)
Damages / Broken / Wrong item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note the window for such complaints is only for 24 hrs after the delivery has been done.To initiate an exchange in such cases please follow these steps-
1- Click images of the product, packaging and bill and email to us within 24hrs of the delivery at [email protected] for review.
2- Once approved, we shall process your request and deliver you a new brand product free of cost. (Non-personalized product – 4 to 7 working days/ personalized product – 7 to 12 working days)
Returns & Refund
Sorry, but since the product is made to order and personalized we cannot take it back. However, if it comes broken or damaged, you can contact us for a free replacement.
Non – Personalized items
7 days returns are applicable for non-personalized product. However, the product shall be in the same condition as received along with the shipping label and packaging. The customer shall be responsible to ship the product to our office in Mumbai. Once the product is received we shall initiate the full refund.
To ensure you receive your product at the earliest we start manufacturing at the earliest. Hence, please note, after placing the order if you wish to cancel the order please contact us within 1 hour after placing the order for a full refund. Any requests received after 1 hour of placing the order shall not be valid for a full refund.
