Are there real humans to talk to at your customer support ?

Yes, there are real humans in our customer support team who shall attend to you on call and by email.

Is the customer support available 24X7 ?

No. Due to limitations, we are unable to provide customer support 24×7. Customer support timings are as follows :

Mon to Fri – 10.30 am till 6.30 pm

Sat – 10.30 am till 3.30 pm.

How do i contact you if it is urgent ?

If it is urgent then there are two modes of communication depending on what time or what day it is:

During customer support hours – Please call us

During non-customer support hours – Please email us. We shall reply to you as soon as we are back to work.

What is the response time on email ?

Usually, we do our best to reply to the emails within 24 hrs. However, if there are any holidays in between then it shall take us more time.

Email is sent but no response received. Why ?

Dear customer, if you have sent us an email however you have not received a response from us in 24 hrs. Then please :

Check the spelling of the email that you have typed.

Check if the email is sent from your mailer or if is it still in the outbox. If it is in outbox please reload the page so that it gets sent.

What to do if our number is not reachable ?

If your call is not attended by our team it might be due to the following reasons :
