200 Day Guarantee –
We have a 200 Days guarantee, which means you have 200 Days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

The exchange is valid only if the polish fades, breaks, or tarnishes. (Any damage caused to the product due to customer mishandling shall not be accounted for an exchange). To be eligible for the exchange please follow the easy 3 step process

1- Click pictures of the product highlighting the mistake.
2- Email us the before and after images for a review at hello@thenamestrings.in or start a live chat from the Contact Us page.
3 – Once approved, we shall process your exchange request and deliver you a new brand name string free of cost. (Non-personalized product – 4 to 7 working days/ personalized product –  7 to 12 working days)

Damages / Broken / Wrong item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note the window for such complaints is only for 3 days after the delivery has been done.To initiate an exchange in such cases please follow these steps-

1- Click images of the product,  packaging, and bill and email to us within 3 days of the delivery at support@thenamestrings.com for review.
2- Once approved, we shall process your request and deliver you a new brand product free of cost. (Non-personalised product – 4 to 7 working days/ personalised product –  7 to 12 working days)

Returns & Refund
Sorry, but since the product are made to order and personalised we cannot take it back. However, if it comes broken or damaged, you can contact us for a free replacement.

Order Cancellation
Please note we do not provide any cancellation on orders. In case of cancellation for COD orders your entire advance amount is forfeit. The reason for this is that all of our products are made to order and we take the order into manufacturing as soon as it comes in to avoid delay in dispatch.
