I waited several days to receive this product. Apparently, the product was in transit and took time due to Covid-19. I contacted the seller and would like to mention that the customer service provided by the seller Namestrings is superb!! They replied to my emails on a prompt basis. Since this was a gift, to my beautiful daughter I was really waiting for it to see a smile on my daughter’s face.
