The size of the heart is disproportionate and I received one in which the heart is not closing. I’ve sent a mail but am yet to receive a reply
Buy a pendent from NameString. I want to write a review. I have faced the baddest experience ever because firstly, they misled me. I clicked on a reel, saw a different product, and was redirected to a different product.
Then, when I bought it mistakenly, I called them immediately to exchange my order request. I called them within minutes, but they didn't receive any of my calls. I emailed them explaining the issue; I even had a video of the wrong redirect by them on Instagram, but they didn't reply.
Till 3–4 days after my consistent emails, they replied that "sir, don't take the product, we will exchange that." After that, the delivery was delayed for like 10 days.
After that, I explained my concern in an email, saying "please contact me," but they didn't even respond. After that, they are scamming users by giving them a QR and asking them to write a review on Instagram, claiming the user will get a coupon worth 1500, but that was just a scam.
Even now, if I call them, the call doesn't get picked. Just don't buy from them. Too much overpriced, service is very bad.
This was my second order. Very unhappy with this one. The names printed were so small that they are not readable and the entire pendant looks blank. Have sent photos of the product and requested for a replacement but have not received any response from your customer service thereafter.
